Hot Summer Nights Opening Reception
6:00 - 9:00pm
The annual show and sale "Hot Summer Nights" will feature a tropical themed reception and showcase the work of resident artists Cherie Dacko, Stewart Jones, Cindy Sturla, Stan Surman, Debra LaPallo Ryan, Bob Garron, Robert Holewinski, Sharon Rae Hyder, Lori Anne Harris, and Aurore Brunet.

Mediums represented include acrylics, oils, pastels, pottery, watercolor, charcoals and mixed media.

Since the exhibition space is adjacent to the working studios, visitors can browse finished artwork, as well as view pieces currently in progress in each artist's creative environment. Commissioned work is offered and tours are welcome.

The show runs through June 27.

Gallery Talk by Virginia Maxfield

Virginia Maxfield will share the story behind her colorful show "A Big New Free Happy Unusual Life." A short story by Grace Paley inspired Maxfield with the title of her show. She will also demonstrate the intuitive painting process that she used to create this vibrant body of work.
