Artists of the month for March 2023 will be our three resident artists in Studio #7. Join them for their new show: Divergence, a unique art event which serves as a culmination of three different artists with three different styles, backgrounds and media. Come and view new work by our featured artist, Solrun Bjork, Ysabel Flores and Parrish Monk as they invite you to experience their work on March 18th from 6pm to 9pm. Artists will be present to answer any questions.
Sólrún Björk was born in Reykjavik, Iceland. Björk has always been mystified and inspired by the natural world and enchanting landscapes of her surroundings.
By interacting with other creative minds, with nature, and even everyday objects, Ysabel Flores constantly discover new perspectives on life and challenges herself to express her own voice in creative and tangible ways.
There is an inherent vulnerability in Parrish Monk’s art, which reveals his soul, passion, and faith to share new works which are often experimental in nature.
Gallery on First will host our annual Spring Exhibit on Saturday April 15. Join the artists as they present their new paintings and sculptures from 6-9pm.
Beginner Watercolor Classes in April with Stewart Jones!
Gallery On First watercolor artist, Stewart Jones will be teaching a beginners watercolor class in April. Classes are 10:30-12:30 on April 6, 13, 20 and 27. Cost is $100 for all four classes. Supplies are provided. Email to reserve your space. Two spaces are still available.
